With over 25 years experience providing coaching, generalist and strategic HR solutions, Kerrie has a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Diploma in Human Resources. Kerrie is also currently completing a Certificate in Life Coaching and is a member of AHRI and AIM. She is a certified LSI, Herrmann and MBTI practitioner.

Kerrie has covered all aspects of the Human Resource field, from administrative to operational and strategic. She has worked with leadership teams in Europe, Asia and Australia, across several industries including pharmaceutical, food, stationary, engineering services and IT. She has supported all business functions, been a key member of several leadership teams and provided extensive coaching, mentoring and change management support.

Kerrie specialises in Life Coaching, Change Management, Cultural Development, Raising Performance, Leadership and Organisational Development.

Kerrie is a true People & Culture and Change Management professional. She has the ability to see the “big picture”, and consult and work with key stakeholders to ensure the necessary buy-in in order to make effective and sustainable change. I would describe Kerrie as a decisive and compassionate business leader who has a pragmatic business outlook, a profusion of people skills and an ability to inspire those she works with.

Kerrie matches her creative talents with her strong ability to be commercially astute and considered in addressing major challenges. With more than 15 years experience in a variety of industries including a decade focused solely on providing Human Resource solutions, Elaine is CIPD qualified, a member of AHRI and a Hermann Certified practitioner.

She has worked with all levels of employees up to CEO, in both large and small organisations in a variety of industries including IT, distribution, retail, hospitality, property and advertising.

Elaine is commercially astute and takes a pragmatic approach to ensure she delivers business improvement results. She possesses an innate ability to influence and understands the importance of working collaboratively. She makes things happen and ensures goals are met. Elaine has the tenacity to overcome barriers and is highly adaptive in challenging business environments.

Elaine provided outstanding leadership for me personally and the rest of the UXC Connect team during a time of great change. She was instrumental in bringing three separate organisational cultures together and forging one cohesive team.

She exhibits great passion for people, teams, and organisations and her dry Irish wit produces a high level of energy and drives great outcomes.
